Understanding ULEZ

The Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) designates a specific area in London where strict emission standards are enforced to reduce harmful pollutants. Initially launched in Central London in April 2019, ULEZ has since expanded to cover all London boroughs within the M25, excluding the M25 itself, as of August 29, 2023.
